Shipping

Shipping is provided through the UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery service. Order received before 1:00 CST will be shipped the same day. All orders including expedited shipping not placed before the shipping cutoff will not ship until the next day. If your order is placed after the cutoff shipping time on Friday or on the weekend the order will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day if a holiday. Expedited shipping is also available.

USPS (United State Postal Service) days in transit are an estimate given by USPS and cannot be guaranteed by Roaming Gnome Store.

International Shipping

Please be advised the customer is responsible for all custom duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. When ordering from RoamingGnome.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and we do not calculate any taxes or duties for your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to determine the charges.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If a parcel is returned because of non payment of duty tax, the credit back to the credit card will be minus the SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE AND MINUS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

Returns

At Dei Rossi Marketing we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product.

On all returns we give a full refund less a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs. Follow these three steps:

• E-mail the customer service and inform us which products you would like to return. The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation.
• Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.
• Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You will be responsible for the cost of this shipping.

Immediately after we have received and inspected your package you will get your complete refund, less the original shipping costs, processed. You should see your refund within 5 business days of Dei Rossi receiving your returned products.

Price Adjustments

Dei Rossi Marketing/Roaming Gnome Store will honor a refund for the difference in the price adjustment for up to two weeks from when the price adjustments were made.

Example: If a price adjustment was made to the 8" Roaming Gnome on May 6th. The customers that purchased an 8" Roaming Gnome within the two week period (4/22 - 5/7) would be available for a price difference refund.

To redeem your refund please contact Dei Rossi Marketing through the "Contact Us" page and included your Order number and date of purchase. You will be contacted by customers service with a refund amount and date of refund if eligible.
